Well to start with English is not the native language for Indians, but because of British influence, there is a some kind of affinity towards English among many Indians, as a matter of fact most Indians do speak some level of English, they may not be as fluent as you might expect them to be, but you can communicate with them in English to some extent. While there are not many who are fluent in English, this lady is surprisingly fluent in the language but wait, there is a little funny twist to her fluency which is hard to explain, you need to watch the video to know it.
